Are you a performing artist, bodyworker, athlete, teacher or someone who depends on his/her body for personal and professional prosperity? Are you confused by your body’s problems? Learn how The Alexander Technique can teach you to how to undo habits of use that could be interfering with your abilities or causing you pain. This workshop will explore every day movements and how they affect everything we do. Discover something new about yourself and learn self help practices to begin the process of change in your body. Please bring a “thickish” yoga mat/pad and a notebook. Held in the Hunger Mountain Coop community room. Access to freight elevator through back room available upon request. Please pre-register
