The Basics of Fermentation

For those who are new to fermentation, learn about the basics, including the health benefits of fermented foods! Kim will teach you how to make yogurt, sauerkraut (and other simple fermented vegetables), and kombucha. You will leave with some sauerkraut in the making (please bring your own quart jar), handouts and new skills! Held in the Hunger Mountain Coop community room. Access to freight elevator through back room available upon request. Please pre-register
