Montpelier Concert Crawl

WHAT A fun-filled evening of three musical and culinary flavors in three different homes. Each home features on of the musical offerings below, along with related food and drink. New this year—choose one of FOUR Concert Crawl options when you purchase your tickets!! WHERE The Meadow neighborhood of Montpelier, all homes are within a block of each other. Your ticket will allow you to visit three homes and enjoy three concerts! HOW Visit and choose your concert option (all four options are listed below). Before the Concert Crawl we will email you the address of the first home on your tour. Arrive at the first home promptly at 6:30 pm. After mingling, munching, sipping, and general revelry, you enjoy a 20-minute performance of the first group on your tour. After an hour (7:30), you move on to the next home on your tour, where you enjoy your next musical/culinary experience. (And you bump into all the other concert crawlers on Summer Street as they shift to their next home). Repeat the above step one more time, concluding your Concert Crawl of 3 homes, 3 concerts, and 3 varieties of delectable edibles. THE MUSIC Maple Jam is Vermont’s own a cappella jazz octet specializing in Grade A “Fancy” vocal arrangements of sweet love songs and swinging big band favorites. Mayfly, VT based Americana/Old-time duo Katie Trautz and Julia Wayne, will perform old-time New England and Appalachian music, as well as original songs on guitar, fiddle, mandolin, banjo and vocals. InoraBrass, Vermont's premier professional brass ensemble, will perform American music from a variety of styles, including marches, jazz, show tunes, and classical. Bass virtuoso Evan Premo performs original dance music intermingled with dances by J. S. Bach. This is not your father's bass .
