Cooking Class - Chefs Table - Cooking with Spirits

Cooking with wine, liqueur, vermouth or beer will enhance the flavors of many dishes. Many of your favorite winter recipes such as risotto, coq au vin or boeuf bourguignon all contain spirits. In this class we will create some spirited dishes for your summer meals. Learn how to add a little more soul to your food when you cook with spirits. $60.
