Cooking Class - Chef's Table - Cooking with Beer

Cooking with wine, liqueur, vermouth or beer will enhance the flavors of many dishes. Many of your favorite recipes such as risotto or chicken Marsala contain spirits. In this class we will create great summer dishes, infused with a few of our locally crafted beers.
