Cooking Class - Everyday Cooking - "Sugar & Spice" Crepes

This class will highlight the crêpe or French pancake, which is made from a thin batter. Crêpes can be filled with a variety of sweet or savory mixtures. We will be creating savory crêpes that are filled with various meats, cheeses or vegetable mixtures- sometimes topped with a complementary sauce. $60.
